CIT Launches Distance
Education Programme

The Caribbean Institute of Technology launched its distance/online programme in September 2008.  The programme is offered via dual modality, face to face and online. The face to face component is conducted at the HEART Trust NTA’s School of Cosmetology on Saturdays and Sundays.  Students can enroll in the following CIT programme offerings:

Diploma in Software Design and Development
Diploma in Networking
Associate Degree Information Technology
Associate Degree Computer Network and Security
Bachelors Degree Information Technology

Vendor Certifications
Cisco CCNA
Comptia
Sun Java
CIT Student wins Silver at
World Skills 2008

World Skills Competition
The following students from CIT participated in the World Skills Competition at the National Arena in the April 2008 competition in the following categories.
